We can advise clients on all types of construction and engineering contracts, development and funding, facilities management, and procurement.
Although our primary aim is always to resolve matters without the time-consuming distraction of a dispute, our team has extensive experience in dispute resolution, particularly adjudication and arbitration. The RG team have considerable mediation experience and, due to our specialist training, a much deeper understanding of the psychology of resolving disputes effectively through mediation.
We also assist new and experienced developers with planning and getting their sites ready for development or onward sale. We can help with the project documents and contracts for something you are going to lead, or we can usually locate a buyer for the site.
