Our portfolio management service is tailored and generally focused on large portfolios of flats or apartments. We do not engage with individual units or small portfolios. We work with some commercial units, but generally only if they are connected to the residential aspects. 

Our director of portfolio management is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of estate agency and portfolio management experience. They have been part of the government's advisory team on the rental sector, and the portfolio team pioneered our unique block rental with insurance backing for long-term housing projects.
