Andrew

Andrew leads our financial review and risk team with considerable relevant corporate experience.

Andrew is an experienced CFO who has held various senior D & C suite positions over the past 5 years, most recently as CFO and Board Director for an AIM listed PLC. 

A CIMA qualified chartered accountant, his 20+ year career has incorporated leadership positions in transformation, business strategy, M&A, finance, procurement, and private equity.  Andrew’s senior management experience has been crafted from his exposure from Startus, through SME’s and across multiple FTSE/Fortune organisations.

He has worked in numerous market sectors, including Tech, Telco, Healthcare, BioTech and Construction. Roles have been both Consumer and B2B.  

Andrew has worked across multiple continents (North America, Asia and Europe) and understands the different cultures and attitudes which must be bridged to effectively complete cross-border transactions.

He is a specialist in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Transformation, Customer/Proposition/Route to Market Development, Governance and Strategic Implementation and has a key focus on driving incremental cash value for a business in order to provide a sustained platform for growth.
